  1. The login and personal data entry areas are protected by a transmission layer (SSL certificate). This means that personal and login data entered on the website is encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator with the key can read it. This protects the data in case the database is stolen from the server.
  3. User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function works one way only – it is not possible to reverse it, which is currently the modern standard for storing user passwords.
  4. A significant element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator for processing personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, regarding the actions of the Administrator.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the Service.
  7. Actions may be taken against you consisting of automated decision-making, including profiling, in order to provide services under the contract concluded and for direct marketing conducted by the Administrator.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer them outside the European Union.
